This hunter’s paradise is 4 sections of beautiful terrain (2560 acres, four square miles) in the everglades area of Florida about 14 miles east of Immokalee in Hendry County. This historic property was once an orange grove and now a wonderful free range game ranch that provides excellent habitat for many species of wildlife. Some species are familiar to North American hunters and some are not. The more common game animals you’ll find here are deer, hogs, the usual varmints and predators, and migratory game birds, but some of the more unusual animals that you will be hunting include alligators, buffalo (Bison), water buffalo and (my favorite) Osceola Turkey. Lodging accommodations provide a very restful and relaxing place to enjoy beautiful Florida outdoors, whether you are spending some lazy time in a hammock under the huge thatch hut that also has an outdoor cooking area for your lunch and dinner meals or watching the big screen after a hard day of hunting in the lodge that was built with timber that came from the ranch itself. You get to enjoy the sights and the harvest as you go riding atop the Mud Buggy either looking for gators or hogs.
